Rules: "Russian Field" - a funny QRP contest-game

SUBGROUPS:

- "Field"

- "Stationary"

Participants choose at their wish working position, guided by their tactical tasks and opportunities in the Game.

Participation is allowed only in one subgroup;
Participant who has changed his position from "field" to "stationary" or vice versa is considered to be a member of the "Stationary" subgroup;
Members of the "Field" subgroup do not have the right to use constant contest-position and basic antenna structures.Power supply of radio equipment is carried out only from autonomous sources. The type of autonomous source is not regulated (any batteries, generators, solar cells, etc.);
For stations, operating outside of constant QTH, it is recommended to transmit the corresponding identifier during the game at the end of the callsign, for example: UT5NM / p (YU1LM / m, RA1M / mm, etc.);
All participants are allowed to passively use DX-notification networks and a cluster, self-spoting is prohibited;
At any time the participant can only emit one signal.
Club stations take part on an equal basis with individual ones and can also be declared in one of the subgroups - "Field" or "Stationary".

Exchange:

Participants of the game send the real RST (RS), RU-QRP membership number (non-members of the Club send "NM"), plus one letter from the word F.I.E.L.D.

When a club station is operating:

- Member-operators RU-QRP of the Club always transmit their membership number;

- other operators transmit either the membership number of the club station (if any) or "NM".

Stationary stations always transmit only one letter "D"
Participants in the "Field" category transmit a letter from the "F.I.E.L" series. (except "D")

Change of a letter to another one is made after having worked with the previous letter for 5 QSOs. To activate a new series of 4 letters again is possible only, having passed the whole series completely, i.e. after 20 QSO (5 QSO "F" + 5 QSO "I" + 5 QSO "E" + 5 QSO "L", then you can start the "F.I.E.L" series again.). The order of the activated letters in the series is always one - "F.I.E.L".

Example: 'UR5LAM de RU3FB ur 579/240 / D'. Or: 'RU3FB de RX3ALL ur RST 579 my RUQRP nr 079 / F'

During the QSO, you can exchange another information (name, QTH, working conditions, etc.).

Dupe QSOs are allowed if at least one of the stations has substituted one of the letters in the series and such a combination of letters has not yet occurred.
The fact that the letter in the series has been replaced can be informed in the general call: 'CQ RF / L'.
You can also immediately offer to conduct a new QSO, if you have changed the letter.

There are no other dupe QSOs: on different bands, with different types of modulation.

POINTS:

- 1 point is given for each conducted QSO. If the QSO is confirmed in the log of the correspondent, then for this contact an additional 1 point will be added;
- For each communication with a RU-QRP member: additional 5 points;

- For every complete set of letters F.I.E.L.D - additional 20 points.

During the game, the missing letters in the F.I.E.L.D package can be completed with the letters of your working position, provided that they have made at least 5 QSO (see the example of the report below).

- SWL-participants points for bilateral observation are counted on similar terms, with the difference that in observation both correspondents give points.

FINAL STATEMENT: the amount of points for communication + points for QSO with members RU-QRP + points for gathered sets F.I.E.L.D.

RESULTS:

- The results of the competition are summarized in the subgroups.
Also three best results in the nominations "RU-QRP" and "NM" are pointed out.

AWARDS:

- Participants in the subgroups, who took 1st place, are awarded with plaques;

- participants in the subgroups, who took the 2 nd and 3 rd places, are awarded with medals;

- SWL is awarded with diplomas in electronic form;

- All participants who sent logs on time receive diplomas in electronic form indicating the result and the occupied place. For contenders for awards the photo of the work position must be fixed by all means in the photo story.

The participants who worked with 6 members of the RU-QRP Club who performed in the "Field" subgroup have the opportunity to receive the "RU-QRP CLUB" diploma (see the Diploma Regulations). Those with a diploma can send an application for additional stickers.

Sponsors and organizers of competitions can establish any prizes in various nominations at their own discretion. For example: for the most extreme position, the original story or the like.

A mandatory condition for applicants for awards and preferably for other participants:

place on the club's website / forum or send a report about the competition with a description of the work position and photos that reflects the working conditions, the equipment and used antennas. This is necessary to confirm the information and to publish your stories in thematic collections.

ATTENTION: Game participants transmit real RST (RS). Please be careful on the air and in the preparation of reports!

The final decision on the reliability of reports and conducted QSOs is taken by the panel of judges. Its decision is final and can not be appealed.
